Judy Note: The big question about the national debt was not that we were in debt $38 trillion – an unsustainable amount – but the more serious question was just who did we owe $38 trillion to.

Judy Note: It is my opinion, and I very well could be wrong, that every citizen across the Globe would receive, via text and email, a personal notification containing a code specific to the person, that could be used to set an appointment at a Redemption Center near where they lived. There, people would set up their own wallet (bank account) on the new Star Link Satellite System.

Present bank account balances have already been mirrored onto the new wallet accounts. If the person had foreign currency to exchange, or bonds to redeem, they could do it at the time of appointment.
