Judy Note: The Star Link Satellite Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) presently overrides all cell phones, TV, Radio and Internet broadcasts worldwide. It would be wise to prepare for these ten days of events by having food, cash and necessities on hand, although if needed, food and necessities would be given out by the Military – as would an app that would make your cell phone active since only 911 calls could be made on your regular cell phone.
