Of course, none of the Cabal’s illegal activities could happen without the cooperation of local law enforcement – that was supported by the higher ups in Washington DC. This format worked with a number of payment and settlement methods, such as wire transfers across borders and securities transactions. This had an impact on over 11,000 banks, 200 countries, and $5–7 trillion worth of transactions every day.

K. Thurs. 28 June 2018: Millions of Sex Trafficked Children Refused Help by FBI, CIA, Homeland Security

Just since Obama opened the Mexican Border, millions of children were estimated to have been sold by government authorities, or even their own parents, into slavery and Sexual Prostitution along our US/Mexican Border. The obvious lack of girls in US immigrant detention facilities was suspected to be due to after, or even prior to reaching the border, children were trafficked for sex, mind control and eventually, for their organs.

President Trump’s first official act the morning right before he was sworn in, was to visit CIA headquarters, where he began a crackdown on international child trafficking. This was a huge problem inherited by Trump. Evidently even today, Trump has not been able to handle the rampant pedophile problem embedded within the US political arena including the CIA, FBI and Homeland Security. 

According to victims and two Congressional hearings on human experimentation, the CIA has trafficked children for sex and torture since it’s inception after World War II when it brought mind control experts from Nazi Germany into the US, Canada, Australia and the UK. 

Some FBI Agents have tried to follow up on child trafficking complaints, but have been consistently stonewalled by the Department of Homeland Security according to an informant who recently reported to Dave Hodges. 

On page 324 of the recently released IG Report it said that an FBI Case Agent discovered an email from Hillary Clinton that referenced child trafficking, but he was told, ‘We can’t be looking at this.’

Page 294 of that same report detailed a meeting between FBI Director Coleman and James Comey that mentioned HRC (Hillary Rodman Clinton), Crimes Against Children and 675,000 Clinton emails that were on the Anthony Weiner computer. Either Coleman or Comey were told, ‘We can’t be looking into this.’

Last month the Department of Homeland Security refused Oregon Democrat Senator Merkley entry into an immigrant child retention facility in Brownsville Texas. Authorities called police and wouldn’t even speak to the Senator. ‘The tiniest kid at the front of the line, he was knee-high to a grasshopper. He was 4, maybe 5 years old’ Merkley said.

Around June 8 a suspected Child Sex Trafficking Camp was discovered near Tucson Arizona, yet Arizona police, State Patrol and federal agents saw no need to investigate. A Veterans group had found and photographed evidence of child sex trafficking such as restraints chained to trees, toys next to used condoms and small holes dug into the dirt only big enough to contain a child. Tucson legal entities refused to investigate the find, plus the vet group was refused access back to the property. A day later the group was able to video some bulldozers covering up evidence that they had reported to Tucson legal entities – the same who refused to investigate.

Subsequent videos placed on the internet showed houses along a border trail in the middle of nowhere with painted kids rooms that were fully set up with $100,000 generators and sensor cameras. One video showed black smoke from several fires evidently started by the ‘law.’ In a house they found marked maps showing more public and private land locations for child trafficking – at least a dozen across a few mountains. ‘It looked like the police were being paid to look away,’ an informant said.

On June 16 Kristine Guerra of The Washington Post discussed a little girl no older than two who was taken from her mother the night before and brought to a shelter run by the Office of Refugee Resettlement along the Texas border. She was screaming and pounding her fists on a mat. The shelter providers weren’t allowed to console her.

It was a rule at the shelter that staff were not allowed to touch children in their care. From this author’s experience I would say that’s a basic rule for the mind control of children: traumatize them, and then don’t help them to process the stress.

Over a year ago a Child Trafficking Scandal ‘Tucson-Gate’ was suspected to have linked child trafficking to the Clintons, Tucson Arizona Mayor Jonathan Rothschild and Casa de Los Ninos children’s shelter. Evidently the IG Report found thousands of emails on Anthony Weiner’s laptop concerning the Clinton Foundation and their Crimes Against Children – that have yet to find the Main Stream Media.

Two years ago John Cruz, former VP of HSBC, tried to get charges filed on child trafficking, but Loretta Lynch looked the other way.

In 2013 Barack Obama separated 72,410 children from their illegal immigrant parents who were deported. The Huffington Post reported: ‘Immigration and Customs Enforcement last year carried out more than 72,000 deportations of parents who said they had U.S.-born children, according to reports to Congress obtained by The Huffington Post.’ 

The reports were sent by ICE to the Senate Appropriations Committee and the Senate Judiciary Committee, as required by law. ICE confirmed the authenticity of the two reports, which lay out 72,410 removals of immigrants who said they had one or more U.S.-born children in 2013. The reports show that even parents of U.S. citizens are among the hundreds of thousands of undocumented immigrants being expelled from the United States each year. When a parent is deported, their U.S.-born children sometimes leave with them. But some stay in the U.S. with another parent or family member. Some children end up – or were lost – in the U.S. foster care system.

Minnesota parents have been concerned about that foster care system. They were suing to shut down child protective services for not protecting children. Survivors of child abuse nationwide have expressed the same concerns about perpetrators being approved as caregivers and receiving foster children for the express purpose of child exploitation: 

Back in 2015 there was a criminal case and in 2016 a Senate report, about a Marion, Ohio human trafficking ring that used migrant children for forced labor on an egg farm. A New York Magazine report stated: ‘The left-leaning media stayed strangely silent when the detention of migrant children went on for years before Trump took office… and now it looks like they also kept quiet when Barack Obama’s administration literally placed immigrant children in the hands of human traffickers just a few years ago. The United States government placed an unknown number of Central American migrant children into the custody of human traffickers after neglecting to run the most basic checks on these so-called ‘caregivers.’

That all began to change in April 2014 with prosecution of 26 Vatican leaders by the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State (ITCCS) through the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels.

By 2016 with the election of President Donald Trump, a worldwide coalition was formed with the Global Military Alliance to take down this powerful Ninth Circle Satanic Cult and it’s millions of minions.

On Mon. 1 April 2014 the ITCCS Case representing over 50,000 missing native Canadian children began it’s prosecution phase at the ICLCJ Court in Brussels Belgium. Charged with Crimes Against Humanity were Pope Francis, Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Pachon, Anglican Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, former Pope Joseph Ratzinger, UK High Court Justice Judge Fulford and members of the British Royal Family including Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip.

A year later all of these Global Elites were found guilty for their atrocities against children including murder and pedophilia, as members of the Vatican’s Ninth Circle Child Sacrifice Cult.

The court case was years in the making and when proceedings finally began, witnesses were forced into hiding after Vatican sources indicated to ITCCS prosecutors that the Vatican had dispatched a covert operations team to disrupt the court.

During the trial prominent US and Canadian politicians and corporate officials were named as practicing members of the Ninth Circle according to ITCCS spokesperson Kevin Annett. That meant that they were regularly raping and killing children in the Satanic rites of the Vatican’s Ninth Circle.

A special office at the Vatican supplied children for an international Child Trafficking Ring and their Ninth Circle Satanic child sacrifice cult activities according to affidavits of former employees of the Vatican Curia. The children were said to be from Catholic orphanages, adoption agencies, hospitals and schools in Canada and the US, Catholic orphanages in Argentina, plus Canadian Native tribes.

The Court eventually found that these Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult members were raping, torturing and murdering children on a regular basis throughout the year. Testifying witnesses claimed that brutal Satanic crimes against children continued even today, some done in secretive sub-basement vaults beneath Roman Catholic cathedrals.

The Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult global leaders were heavily involved in pedophilia and operating at Roman Catholic cathedrals in Montreal, New York, Rome, London and dozens of other locations. Cult members were also thought to use privately owned forest groves in America, Canada, France and Holland.

Since at least 1962 former Pope Benedict Joseph Ratzinger had been a member of the Ninth Circle according to an affidavit by a witness who was a former member of the Vatican Curio. There were 16 witnesses who testified, many of whom claimed they were eyewitnesses to child murders by the cult. Two claimed that as children they were present at child sacrifices with the former Pope Joseph Ratzinger.

Over 40 child mass grave sites have been located at Catholic/Canadian Government-run Native Residential Schools across Canada. In 2008 a child’s remains were found at the Mohawk Residential School in Brantford Ontario, though ITCCS requests for excavation had continually been refused by officials in the Canadian Government, British Crown, Catholic and  Anglican churches, plus at the United Church of Canada.

On Mon. 14 April 2014 the ICLCJ Court began it’s prosecution phase. Ten Satanic Ritual Abuse Survivor witnesses testified throughout the week – over 60 throughout the year. The witnesses were from Canada, the US, Argentina, Holland and the UK.

 ‘The Ninth Circle began at least three centuries ago in the Vatican,’ Annett stated, ‘but has expanded to embrace local Satanic child sacrifice cults across Europe and the Americas.
