A big day…as they finish their committees in Parliament. And they have been tackling some of the HCL issues.  Even a team from Erbil is there as they are finalizing HCL requirements. This is really big news. In order to move forward they need to finish those committees. These are things that were stalled for months and seem suddenly to be off ‘stuck’.

The plan was destroyed under the eight years of the O---a and Biden years. This foreign policy for Iraq does not include Iraq as an Iranian proxy state controlled by Iran and that has been the difficulty all along in getting the reinstatement of the Iraq dinar…

No…Iraq’s budget is calculated off of their currency value.  Anytime the currency value were to change by…20% it would force them to have to redraft, amend and recalculate all of the budget figures. So, no the currency value cannot shift significantly.  It has to stay in that really narrow window…
